CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly ask our guests for 24 hours notice for all cancellations and rescheduling of existing appointments.
Life happens, we totally understand! One cancellation or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice will be given a pass. Luna Grace Beauty Bar reserves the right to require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the scheduled service total from any guest who frequently "no shows," cancels, or reschedules with less than 24 hours notice.
Please notify us via call or text if you will be late to your appointment. We will always do our very best to still fit you in.
We love and appreciate our clients and would not be here without all of you! We are all human and we will always be extremely understanding and forgiving as we know how crazy the days can get. That being said, please don't take advantage of our stylists and their time.
